Concrete
PP Fiber is made by 100% virgin polypropylene,adopting unique manufacturing process to make
high strength bundle monofilament fiber. When the fiber is put into the concrete,concrete (or mortar) can effectively control concrete (or mortar)
micro-cracks which is caused by plastic shrinkage, temperature changes and other factors, to prevent and
inhibit the formation and development of cracks, greatly improved crack resistance of concrete, impact
resistance and seismic capacity.
Technical Paremeters
Applying Instruction 1) Dosage: more than 3kg/cubic meter of concrete.
2) Length: 36mm for general crack level, no more than 25mm for shotcrete, best use no more than 35mm.
3) Mix design: In general, no need change the ratio parameters of concrete. Considering the concrete anti-cracking performance requirements, can add 0.9 kg monofilament fiber per square concrete.
4) Mixer : Horizontal Two-shaft forced Mixer.
5) Stirring requirement: crushed stones,
Fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials can be put into as usual, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
6) Forming conservation: Conservation can be based upon the requirement of ordinary concrete. No special requirement, tape time can be extended for 30 seconds according to actual situation. In order not to bring out fiber, plastering should be carried out after the concrete surface passivation slightly.
